The 'Ndrangheta's Position

Neglect: minor infringements

As some of you know, The ndrangheta structure is horizontal, not vertical or top down like the cosa Nostra. This makes it more complex and provides more members the opportunity to play significant roles in the decision making process. Once someone if given their role, they’re not looking to “move up” for there is no where up to go anyway.

Lastly members, are born into the ndrangheta, not made.
This makes it much more difficult for “rats” to rat.
