Can someone explain to me how the criminals are making mone with theese illegal dumping throughout the the world? How do they earn on it? Wheres the profit?

i went in a old commerical kitchen to demo it then we found out all the tiles on the floor were made from asbestos its just a adative like . normaly it would take take a few hours and garbage bags but the state wont let you throw that shit out so idk the 30x30 kitchen ended up costing if i heard rite 10 grand to clean up. i was thinking bag them and throw them in a dumpster down the street in projects( i know where the cameras are) but that how people making money with illegal dumps. you throw shit away the state wont let you

for the record theres asbestos everywhere i think unless your eating it youll still live to 65

Legit companies have insurance, abide by regulation and to dump many things like toxic chemicals are very expensive. Dig a hole and bury in the woods, pretty cheap
