What's the Scorpion thing spray-painted on the SUV all about? Is it some rival gang that put it there? Or did the police mark it for some reason?

It's a faction of the CDG or Gulf Cartel, Grupo Escorpion was the security team of Tony Tormenta. When Tony Tormenta died all of the Escorpiones died with him in a massive shootout with the Mexican Marines. Not sure if this grupo escorpion is the same as the one from Tony Tormenta. My brother says it's not the same group but not sure. Anyways cartels usually brand their vehicles or used to sometimes they do when they get in shootouts with each other to not confuse. They also wear similar clothing and sometimes uniforms.
