@BlackFamily just curious have you ever heard of the Netas I think there of Dominican and Puerto Rican decent I know there based mostly on the East Coast but I know of a guy who was associated with them and got wrapped up in Grand Larceny case back in 98 there ruthless to say the least just wondering if anyone else has even heard of them or not

Yes, The Netas started in Puerto Rico prison and set up shop in the us.

Ya I read there more so a prison gang I read an article that they cut a guy up and sent his eyes to his mother via mail....now that's ruthless...that by far beats The Westies cutting people's heads off and leaving them on the bar...just my opinion.
