I was just reading Frank Cullotta’s new book where he mentions the first time Tony Spilltro found out he “turned”

His bro in law Jerry found out Frank was turning stoolie, and to protect himself he went and informed Spilotro at his restaurant.

“I don’t know if u heard but Frank has turned and my sister will be going into witness protection”

Jerry later on told his sister Tony laughed so hard he almost fell out the booth and said “ya Fukin crazy Frank will never do that”

The funniest for me is Tommy and the guys sitting with his Mother in Goodfellas, he says he needs to take her knife and she tells a great little story as well about the man who did not give a shit about anything. And her painting.

I remember someone here used that painting picture as their avatar.

Many years ago (~1961), the Gallo brothers went to the mattresses in their war with the Colombos. [i]Look Magazine thought it would be cool to get inside their hideout and interview Crazy Joe, who was always a publicity hound and agreed. Among the guys holed up there was a dwarf. The reporter asked Crazy Joe what the dwarf was doing there, and Joe replied without blinking: "He's our dwarf."

(Presumably the reporter went back to Look Magazine's offices and hired a dwarf.)
