When did Leo go on record with the Genoveses?

When did Leo become a capo?

What rackets was Leo involved in?

Was Leo ever caught on tape?

He did only one prison sentence and before that he only had one conviction for contempt of court. The guy must have been real low key.

I can only guess. Leo relied on being low key and after he was exposed as the acting boss his cover was blown and I think he went into semi-retirement after he got out of prison. He is 77 years old and I don't think he wants anymore prison time.
