Read this was a guy inducted by riggi when he was released from prison after 20+yrs. There was a guy complaining riggi didnt have permission to make him. Im just gonna asume he got probation cause his charges were untaxed cigarettes.

Wow, 20 plus years? What he do? You usually don't get that kind of time unless you kill someone or drugs.
