Guess it should be called missouri cigarette smuggling rings. We seem to be Prime to this because our cigarette tax is lower than any other state, people from Illinois come to the city all the time to buy cigarettes and gasoline cause our low taxes make them both much cheaper.

It's a good hustle. Lower profit margins than illegal drugs but steady money, less heat from cops and lifetime customer base.

Unless you're a Black guy selling looseys on the street, then the cops can strangle you to death.
