I've been really stressing out over my future lately. I really really dread having to work a dull, boring office job for the rest of my life. Doing anything else is highly unlikely, and that depresses the shit out of me.

I've always said that I find myself in a situation like that 10 or 15 years from now, I'll either kill myself or pack up drive to LA and whore myself out to the movie business, whether I make it or not. I will have been happier with a failed shot at my dreams than a life of wondering what if.

I watched Saw 2 again and the Shining for the twentieth time last night. Then dreamt I killed someone.

I was looking for the Titanic thread, but I either missed it or the author deleted it. Anyway I thought this would have fit in good, and lighten it up a bit. I received this e-mail from a friend today:

Most people don't know that back in 1912, Hellmann's mayonnaise was manufactured in England.

In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York.

This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever delivered to Mexico. But as we know, the great ship did not make it to New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, and the cargo was forever lost.

The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise, and were eagerly awaiting its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great, that they declared a National Day of Mourning, which they still observe to this day.

The National Day of Mourning occurs each year on May 5th and is known, of course, as "Sinko de Mayo."

Finally sorted and feeling kinda good about myself lol been so stressed lately with all of the goings on at school, work, friends, boyfriends -(i agree with bogey on that subject) I wash my hands of them all!

I have kinda figured out what to do with my life once I leave school which is in about 6 weeks or so after all these exams are over. I'm hoping to get the grades I need this year to meet the conditional offer I received from University, I hoping to go and study Media Culture & Society - it looks so good, totally me!

If I don't get the grades I always have my back-up plan of one year at college then enter University at year 2. So now that I have my plan figured out I am kinda more relaxed about that. All I need to do now is get the grades - the crappy part!

Anyways enough of that!

oh god, i walked outside my dorm last night a little after midnight.. First, you smell the MASSIVE amount of weed being smoked right outside the door. THEN you have all the guys out there patting you on the back screaammingg about 420.

He's got a facebook group named after him. Haha, he's such a good guy.

I still can't believe my roommate never heard of Billy Joel before. I gave her so much shit last night. She was mad at me. But I don't care, it needed to be said. I threw my Coke bottle at her and hit her in the arm, she didn't like that much. Ah well.
