I remember this video, it was a while ago. Supposedly the state police and/or municipal police of Escobedo a municipality of Monterrey metropolitan area try to stop the translating of a "capo" of organized crime boss called "Commadante Colosio". Supposedly the girl in yellow hair is the girlfriend of "Commadante Colosio" and commander of the municipal police of Escobedo.



Monterrey is a epic center of Mexico where a lot of the wealth from international companies is and one of the few places organized crime was supposedly or can't penetrate society but this video questions it. Sad.
