This video is an interrogation done on two DEI agents in Durango by unkown cartel. They reveal how the Sinaloa Cartel has taken over, infiltrated the government forces, and bought the "plaza" of Durango(northern Mexican state).

Heriberto Sosa: Ones dressed as civilians that calls themselves the "Dogs"
