There's not much on him. I tried doing several image searches (including using his real name, Vito Vario), and all that comes up is the Goodfellas character.

He was free on the streets and served as acting capo while Paul was locked up. When Paul died, Amuso and Casso, told Al he was Capo of that crew now. Vito passed away in 88' right after Paul. During the time Paul was locked up, Vito took control of his brother Tommy's shylock and gambling games, don't know if he took over some of the Union stuff or not, but I think that was Peter who got all the union stuff.
