I found an Annunzio Ferraro (1920-91) but not sure is a kon ferraro's parent or if Ferraro was connected because the milwaukee family is defunct from the 90s.

Ferraro family was big in Chicago. He could be related to them.

I saw the case when it first came out in the press but can't find any LCN connection.

Read the post again. Nobody said it was a LCN case. There was a question if Ferraro was at all connected to organized crime through blood. I'm sure you saw it before everyone else but decided it wasn't worth posting. The case came out of a Russian organized crime investigation.
