Philip “Phil Lucky” Giaccone between 54 and 57
January/February 1976 Anthony “Sonny Red” Indelicato (Sponsored by Angelo Presenzano)
October 77 Dominick “Big Trin” Trinchera Philip Giaccone must have been very young if he was made between 54 and 57. He had to be in his early 20's. Was he close to someone who had alot of clout?

I read phil luckys wife was related to gambino somehow. He was joe massino first capo. When did Phil Lucky become a Captain? I never knew Joe Massino was under him at some point. Seems like Joe Massino rapidily rose over Phil Lucky, and then had him whacked with support from Rastelli.

Possibly. It's said on his Wikipedia page that he was close to John Bonventre, who was close to Joe Bonanno.
