Continuing with the subject... the Oscars were true to form with Chicago winning Best Picture. Seems all you need is to adapt a musical to the screen and you'll get one. I'm not a Steve Martin fan, but I have to admit he had some pretty good jokes tonight. All in all, it was pretty good. Maybe a little more boring as usual, but the 3.5 hrs went pretty quickly.

I was a huge U2 fan back in the mid-80's, but I can't even listen to them any more. I've heard the old stuff too much, and I don't like the new stuff. But don't get me wrong, it's not just a knock on U2. I love Paul Simon and consider him one of the best singer-songwriters of all time. And his song was even more boring. Besides, I like Eminem and "Lose Yourself", so why not throw him a bone

Spend some time in a recording studio, DV Besides, I did say it *could* be a triggered sample, which is a legit "instrument" in a live performance...

DC - I haven't seen The Pianist yet, but I think he deserves it for his acceptance speech -- like Halle last year

Praise you...you finally got some some of the crap cut down. If others would cut back a few lines we would have more room and things would flow a whole lot easier! Question is how did you get him to listen to you?
"Well, old friend, are you ready to do me this service?"
"I believe in America. America has made my fortune."
