Aren't they a sub-set of the 823 G-Stone?

LoL I'm having a senior moment @ SinatraClub
Brooklyn seem to have the most Crip sets. What are the other sets?

GS9 member Santino Boderick aka Cueno, sentenced to 130 years

http://www.snpnyc.org/santino-boderick-sentenced-117-%c2%bd-130-years-prison-role-gs9-gang-warfare/

Bridget G. Brennan, New York City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor, announced today the sentencing of SANTINO BODERICK, 23, to 117 ½ to 130 years in prison for his role in gang warfare between the Brooklyn street crew “GS9” and multiple rivals, which resulted in shootings in New York City and Miami.

On November 18, 2016, BODERICK was convicted at trial of 23 counts, including charges of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Reckless Endangerment in the First and Second Degrees.

Under the sentence imposed by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Abraham Clott, penalties for Conspiracy in the Second Degree, five counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Use of a Firearm in the First Degree are to run consecutively. Sentences on all other counts are to run concurrently.

Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan said, “Santino Boderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life. The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people .”

As proven at trial, BODERICK, aka “Cueno,” was a member of GS9, a street crew based in East Flatbush Brooklyn, and conspired to engage in a pattern of gang-related violence between January of 2013 and December of 2014. Much of the violence detailed at trial stemmed from an ongoing dispute with members of the rival gangs “Brooklyn’s Most Wanted,” or “BMW,” and “Folk Nation.” The gang sold narcotics to make money, some of which went towards gun purchases.

Evidence proved BODERICK was present at four shootings, including three in which he himself was a shooter. The jury convicted BODERICK with possessing three guns on which his DNA was found.

Members of GS9 also performed in a rap group know by the same name. As violence escalated, they sought to shoot members of rival crews, often discussing their efforts and plotting attacks in recorded phone conversations with incarcerated GS9 members. Retaliatory shootings took place in New York City and Miami, where gang members recklessly shot into crowds of innocent bystanders.

Evidence presented at trial included testimony from law enforcement officers and experts, medical examiners, and multiple civilian witnesses, as well as surveillance video, recorded phone conversations, social media postings, DNA and ballistics evidence.

In the most serious charge he face, BODERICK was convicted in the attempted murder of a rival gang member on July 27, 2014 at the intersection of Hoyt and Dean Streets in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. BODERICK emerged from a car with a loaded 9mm firearm and shot at the rival, who had raced into a Zipcar and sped away. At least three shots were fired, two of which struck the rear of the vehicle on a trajectory that would take the bullets into the driver seat.

This shooting occurred just hours before members of GS9 performed at the Barclay Center a few minutes’ drive away. BODERICK was videotaped dancing on the court at the Barclay Center with MARSHALL and other members of GS9 wearing the same clothes he had worn during the shooting.

BODERICK was also convicted of with three Conspiracy charges: Conspiracy in the Second Degree (to commit Murder in the Second Degree) and two counts of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree (to commit Assault in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree).

Evidence of the defendant’s participation in the Hoyt and Dean Streets shooting supported these conspiracy charges, as did his involvement in another shooting in Miami, Fla. On October 11, 2014, GS9 members brought their gang-related dispute to South Beach when they spotted a rival on Ocean Drive. BODERICK was present as another member of GS9, fired shots into a crowd and through a window of the club Fat Tuesdays, causing club patrons to dive for cover. BODERICK was also found guilty of charges related to his firing multiple shots outside of the Social Butterfly nightclub, located at 857 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, in the early morning hours of October 27, 2014.

In the early morning hours of December 17, 2014, GS9 members were arrested by the NYPD in a coordinated citywide operation. Evidence proved that BODERICK possessed one of multiple guns held by gang members in the vicinity of Quad Recording Studios, located at 723 7th Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. BODERICK’s DNA was found on this weapon.

Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan thanks the jury for its service and commended Assistant District Attorneys Nigel Farinha, Susan Lanzatella and Thomas Wright, and Trial Preparation Assistant Christopher Torres, for their work on the case. Special Narcotics Prosecutor Brennan also thanked the New York City Police Department’s (NYPD) Brooklyn South Violence Reduction Task Force, the Miami Beach Police Department and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
