There are suburbs in Baltimore Maryland. I have family out there and have visited many times, its not all hoods and ghettos. But yeah, Gotti snitched at the end of the day, he implicated guys in crimes whether they were dead or alive, by all counts, he's a rat. And I don't see why anyone would be afraid to raise the question of why he talked to him, if actually met with him in person, by all accounts he's out of the life, so he no longer has that protection and he bleeds like everyone else. If he can get poked up around here outside of a CVS, anything could happen.

I don't see why it isn't plausible of the "innocence proffer" scenario and Gotti using it as a strategy to dupe the feds, then they get mad and not only try to have him hit by leaking info to Gambino members, make him look to be a rat by including things in their account that he never said so they could have everyone label him a rat.

Unless you were in that room nobody knows what went down, he could have been negotiating a plea. The sessions arent recorded so it is in the feds hands to put whatever they want..they arent all as honest and stand up as some make them out to be. The feds play just as dirty as the mob.

Junior admits he did it, and that "innocence proffer" scenario, doesn't stand up to his own words of when he said "I had a moment of weakness", and basically confirms that he said exactly what the proffer says. He ratted on guys who were no longer around, like Bobby Boriello, that's why he did it, and that's why in his twisted mind, he isnt a rat. He informed on his colleagues and implicated his former allies in crimes which were originally attributed to him, to save his own ass. Hes a snitch.
