I read that Sirhan was like Lee Oswald ie a puppet used for kill the second Kennedy that had good changes to become president. Also Sirhan is mentally disturbed when shot to Bobby,if he killed a normal people won't go to prison but to an asylum.

I'd say that parole denial has more to do with Kennedy political power than "Americans' " feelings about the case.

Kennedy family members have been accused of breaking laws over the years several times and NEVER get convicted.

The Kennedys are still powerful ? They had lost its seat in Massachusetts and all the men are dead and remains only the female Kennedys sons its true ?

Kennedy family is still powerful. In fact, it was the personal endorsement of Ted Kennedy that helped Obama gain the final edge over Hillary in the race for Dem. nomination in 2008.

The seat, Ted Kennedy's role as Senator(Mass), was lost because he passed away. In next 6-10 years, one of the younger Kennedys will run for that office and win.

All of the male Kennedy sons(JFK's brothers) are gone, but would have probably passed away from old age by now ..I get all of the Kennedy brood confused but I'm sure some of the sons of the Kennedy brothers are alive.....I'm sure several of the younger Kennedy males are working their way up the political ladder as we speak and will hold high offices in the future.

Governor Cuomo of NY was married to one of the Kennedy women before. She got caught drunk driving and beat the case (of course)

You don't have to hold a seat to be powerful in American politics, like all politics it's also about money, respect and influence. The Kennedys have all three.

It's just not the "Kennedys" Kennedys, they have extended family through marriages like the Schrivers.

He's a long shot for ever getting out. Parole boards love to hear about repentance and rehabilitation, which is kind of impossible when you're claiming the most convenient case of amnesia ever and your attorneys are slinging conspiracy theory bullshit.

Furio, the Kennedy family is still powerful. Teddy died and I believe that left a Mayor and a junior congressman with the namesake, plus you have the marriages of the family with other politicians, which helps to strengthen that family.
