Apologies if this has been posted already: How DEA Agents Took Down Mexico's Most Vicious Drug Cartel

Very fascinating about the Arellano Félix Organization in Mexico which was more powerful than the Sinaloa Cartel at one point. It explains their rise and downfall.

Also, I thought it was interesting how the article alleges Chapo's lawyer was feeding info to the DEA to hurt his rivals.

Someone actually told me they don't go to Baja anymore since the Felix cartel's been out. This is like some normal guy who goes down there to surf. So, pretty telling. Didn't Gotti say that when he's gone, we're going to miss him?

The title is stupid. After a big cartel was disbanded, a new cartel fill the void, ever;when same fate will took to el chapo organization a new cartel will rise from its ashes and so on. For everyone or maybe the drug trade will be so rich.

Chapo had Ramon Killed, dirty cops, and they both came very close to killing each other, they where all handed terrority by the aft uncle, but started fighting for more among each other, they where 2nd and 3rd most powerful at the time, lord of the skies was king till his suspicious death during plastic surgery in 97.
