Yeah and I think that is why Tony set him up and actually ratted against Feech by calling his Parole Officer and getting him violated. A total rat move.

What surprises me even more is that nobody did anything about it. There's a scene between Carlo and Larry where they talk about Tony B and Larry says: "Tony sent the wrong ex con back to jail". Why the fuck were there no actions taken?

Yeah, but others don't know that. Feech LaManna thing was known by members, yet nothing was done about it. If one of Tony's guys went to Leotardo with it, Phil would kill both Tony's.
