http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/marylan...-htmlstory.htmlreal interesting stuff here sounds like a lot of folks were meant to be killed. one guy killed on the same block 25 years after he killed someone in the same block. lots of attempted murder charges in the group too. the streets these guys got killed on were trouble in 1977 too, nothing changed except 100,000 union jobs leaving Baltimore and the cocaine coming in.
I also saw on the news the new police cheif saying the same thing the fired chief said, 39 pharmacies were targeted by drug dealers and now turf wars are raging to gain territory to sell the drugs stolen during the riots. but I had heard this thru the grapevine long before the media said anything about it.
