What would be some examples of guys who were mobsters but at the same time actually really knew What they were doing in regards to the businesses they were working in/extorting. Example would be crea and construction. Also I believe I've heard tome of the guys who ran those longshormans unions for the gen and gambinos.

CHUCKIE: Morgan, Let's go.
MORGAN: I'm serious Chuckie, I ain't goin'.
WILL: So don't go.

Paul Castellano was said to be a good butcher and meat marketer (part of the reason he loved eating at Sparks so much even though they wouldn't pick up his tab).
