I'm sure a lot of the guys that get pinched dealing are younger guys that are first timers. And if they are 'smart' they could keep basically like a rotation of dealers. Granted this is OC so I'd imagine the Feds still have a hard on for catching them no matter how much terrorism is going on, so I'd imagine they'd still throw the book at them. Either way the big question: how does/will this effect them? Because I agree a low level dealer doesn't deserve 20 years, and just because a guy gets out and talks to his cousins friends sisters brother who happens to an undesirable doesn't deserve to go back for five years either.
