There should be a ten post rule. If the majority of your first ten posts are moronic, you get the boot

He'll never see the end of the day.

SC is a good mod, I've been on boxing forums for years and the trolls are ridiculous, mods barely do anything.

I hope that one day someone will explain to me what exactly the allure of trolling is. Or better, why some people are willing to waste their time on that? Is it something that has to do with mental retardation? Having a small dick perhaps? I honestly don't know...

Lol!

Many of those who come on here and troll, are former posters who have been banned from here.

The bad thing about trolls is that they intentionally make a mockery of the most serious topics that are worthy of discussion. The trolls make it taboo to even discuss a topic or lingering question, the answer to which would empower the average person. If you raise the topic, certain people automatically throw around the two phrases "tin foil hat" and "conspiracy theorist". Of course if you are guilty of conspiracy or complicity in conspiracy, it serves your purpose to accuse those who are onto your BS of being conspiracy theorists. You robbed a bank, and everyone who is asking where you got the money from you call them a conspiracy theorist.

In this particular case, the troll is making mockery of the very serious topic of Vatican money laundering and complicity with the mafia.

That topic has been making serious headlines lately and I guess it's so unpalatable, no one is even discussing it. After news broke of the epidemic of child molestation among the Roman Catholic clergy, I guess everyone was done at that point. But Vatican money laundering still needs to be talked about.

Not here it doesn't. Every time the Church comes up here it ends in a bad way. It's too hot button an issue. We had an asshole here awhile back that started thread after thread about the evils of the Pope and the Church. He's no longer a member here wink.

PB,

How can we understand the Sicilian mafia without looking into Vatican money laundering?

That's like trying to discuss the French Connection without mentioning the French.

I was just giving you some friendly advice because you're obviously a very bright guy and you seem to like it here. I'm here as a registered member for over eight years, and as a lurker for a year or two before that. I've seen every topic imaginable here. The mods can't be here 24/7 and I'm just trying to keep the peace because they're all personal friends of mine. And mark my words, a thread about the Catholic Church and the Mafia will not end well. There are just too many people, whether they're bitter homosexuals or just garden variety liberal nutjobs, who are too fast to dismiss all the good that the Church has done in its 2000 year history, just to bring light to the bad.
