This is an excerpt of the Canadian documentary Connections, which was about organized crime in Toronto and Montreal that was made in the late 1970s. It is somewhat similar to Crime Inc. Unfortunately the serie doesn't seem to be obtainable. I certainly want to get my hands on it.
