Looks like he will do at least 14 yrs. The guy is lucky that the judge gave him the minimum. I suppose sentencing guidelines "Kick-in" and judges use discretion depending on the circumstances.

Citizens should be outraged that these guys are not properly fed while incarcerated. There outta be a law ! Maybe we could write letters condemning the inhumane treatment of these poor criminals. I'll bet he will still be hungry if and when he gets out.

I know he never ended up beefing, but its so bizarre to me that they still kind of associated with him. I believe he was blackballed though. Isn't his kid involved still though?

He strikes me as one of the last old school mob enforcers from that era still kicking around. A sad tale.

I don't know that much about it but from what I read he was arrested with a gun but for no other crime.

If I was in his shoes, I imagine I'd carry a gun, too.

He was suspected in a jewelry burglary in progress.
