I did not know it opened already. Did the actor who played Joe Pesce look like Joe Pesce?

Is the singing dubbed?

Yes it lip synced. Still great regardless. And nah I don't think he looks like him. Not that I minded I think he acted good though.

Blasphemy! Someone on a board for mafia movies, etc misspelled Joe Pesci's name not once, but twice!

Wait, I know the singing voice isn't really Frankie Valli's but I assumed the actor portraying him is doing the singing (I also assumed it was the person who portrayed him in the play). confused He did a great job, considering Valli's voice, I would think, would be hard to get exactly right.

Went to see this yesterday with my wife. To be honest it was her choice and I wasn't really looking forward to it...but it was pretty good.

I finally saw it. I enjoyed it. It took me back. It's a shame that some of you Board members aren't old enough to have enjoyed Doo Wop, the Hallway groups, and hanging out on the corner singing.

The guy who plays Frankie can really sing and sounded just like Frankie and I really like the actor who plays Tommy. He played Luciano in Boardwalk Empire, didn't he?

I can't believe the really Frankie is 80.
