Yeah but Carmine wasn't the one who was accused of molesting her plus he's still a capo. I can't imagine someone getting away with that in the 1990's even without a good beating.

Fair enough, but it's not the '90s anymore. And none of these guys need the aggravation.

Balsamo was a cop. He retired in 1992 on disability. The shooting was in 2005. He likely wasn't such an innocent either, seeing that he had two Bonanno associates who were his friends.
