Yes. Cop Land was Stallone's zenith.

Have one I have not seen in over 40 years but I remember it was pretty good.

The Phoenix City Story. The town was corrupt gangster took it over. Moven in gambling, whores and other good stuff. I want to see if I can find it somewhere

Richard Kiley starred the Man From La Mancha

Steiger was something much better when he was younger. Not crime related but he was fantastic in the Pornbroker.

Thought he was great in Brother orchid. Fantastic in the Sea wolf.

Thought he was miss cast in the ten commandments. But, he was the only one in that movie who spoke Hebrew in that movie.

Much love for Eddie G. as Johnny Rocco in "Key Largo," PB. clap He made Caesar Enrico Bandello ("Little Caesar") look like a choirboy. Though I always liked "Key Largo," it's a bit on the stagy side, with Barrymore hamming it up.

IMO, Robinson is probably the all-time most underrated screen actor. The gangster roles, good as he was in them, tended to overshadow his other performances. He was just brilliant in "Double Indemnity." He was the only reason to watch "Cincinnati Kid" and "Soylent Green." As for "The Ten Commandments," well...

Was it, why did the shy loan the deNiro character the money? I forget how much money did he loan that low life?

Did Kietel character vouche for him? If he did keitel had to pay if his friend did not pay.

They could not find a stripper with better tits?

I just saw a YouTube on it. I guy like that can get 2000 dollars from a shy? No way some one they know who pays who has bored money from them for years has to vouche for him like keitel.

I did har of one instance where a kid that never borrowed from a shy before got a thousand dollar loan from a shy. The kid was known in the neighborhood as a thief. He kept a low key profile. He was approached and asked to do a favor for a capo. If he does the favor he would be trusted from from now on. Or he would be killed to keep what ever he did a secret.

There was an old man in the neighbor hood who knew the shy forever. Big time gambler and trusted within the neighborhood. He even worked with Capone in chicago for a while.

Any way that guy vouched for the kid. Shy gave the kid a thousand dollar loan.

The kid was making payments on time for a month. Then went to see the shy to make another payment. The shy had a club and he also took over a bakery right next to the club. The shy was in the bakery alone. Kid paid him then shot him dead.

They did not kill the kid they gave him another thousand for that work. Now the kid as young as he was was respected.

Once Upon a Time in America is vastly underrated. It's not necessarily my favorite movie, but it is the greatest movie I have ever seen.
