Fosco posted, and you guys are trying to identify, tweaked my interest and I started looking and found this site. Not sure what the heck it is, but there is some interesting material. Some good pictures and documents related to NY, Philadelphia, Chicago, etc. some good photos of Tony Spilotro. I e-mailed the user to see if there was some way he could post more up but he never replied... "Snakes... Snakes... I don't know no Snakes."
