Mario's Lemonade Stand on Taylor

Mario's a great guy, wish I had a nickle for all the "Come' va's" and "Lookin' good kid's" I heard from him.

I was wondering if anyone knew what storefront Marco's Survivor's Club was at. I found the corner, I think, but couldn't find the exact location.

Harry Aleman's house is still standing over there.

A lof of the other old stuff was of course knocked down during the UIC/freeway expansion.

It would be cool to find Giancana's boyhood home. I've never seen that posted anywhere; likely it was knocked down with so much of the rest of the neighborhood.

Some of their clubs, restaurants bars and stuff where they had meetings was actually a little west of there, which is now fairly slummy, and a lot of that is knocked down as well, though I have found a few cool old storefronts that they said they used to meet at in books... can't remember the addresses now.

Most of the fun is down on 26th, "meet you at Punky's for a slice."

Social club? Is it still there? Funny if you go on google maps and move down lexington you can see a guy coming out. I've heard there are plenty of spots in that area, but I don't know much about the area as I live in the patch.

I have the exact address of the Survivors club written down in a book. Once I find it I will post it on here. I want to say it was 1212 w. taylor st but I will double check.

I know the Heights, Cal City, NW Indiana, Taylor St., The Patch and Bridgeport and Beverly pretty well but only bits of Cicero, Melrose/Elmwood Park and some of Detroit.
