St.louis info I have comes from a variety of sources... Since its my hometown I have every single article about them written.

Besides that I recieved an email one day after asking a question about st.louis specifically dealing with one person... on a mob website(This was maybe a year or two ago) this guy emailed me and asked how I even knew of that name. Thats my main source of info on names, besides him, another source. Both know people, or have grew up around those people.

Besides that my father knows of people and isnt one of those movie characters who is afraid to speak of it.

Nondo was close to trupiano before even being made, he is labeled dumb by many in the 80's especially top echelon capo Frank Pisciotta. But since he is one of the main reasons Trupiano had some sort of balls, he had him made along side him and frank palazzolo. Now by 1981-1982 im pretty sure its when they were made, the st.louis family was already splitting into factions as than boss John Vitale was dieing off.. To me he was not acting boss, he was set in place for two years, and to many and how I view it he was an equal to Anthony Giordano. Actually I think he had more sway than Giordano. Vitale had connections ranging from New York to Cali. Most of Giordano's connections were developed from Vitale. Vitale was a business smarts gangster. To me I think he wanted to hide behind someone, for example once he had to step up, after many refuse the spot, he became an informant so he could live out his last years outside prison. Dont get me wrong, Anthony Giordano was no tool or front man, but he was an equal with Vitale. Besides that Vitale could of won a war with him being most of the top figures in the day were usually proteges of Vitale. Now back to Nondo. He was a close to Trupiano before and during his button, and his bust. Now a Vitale protege did not get along with Trupiano who is Anthony Parrino. Trupiano had a fall back with the Parrinos since the 60's with Trupiano recieving a lot of rackets from the Parrino Regime by Giordano. Why Giordano did it, who would stop him? everyone was afraid of him. Even relatives of his were afraid to bring beefs to him. So over the years Trupiano gained more power and money with Parrino rackets. Now Giordanos request before he died was that one of his nephews become his successor. Giammanco was his first choice, but turned it down due to paranoia(so i hear). Next Vitale than somewhat took Trupiano under the wing. When the family somewhat split into factions Vitale held off the making ceremony of Trupiano. Which allowed him to still gain status. Now finally he makes them. Ok so Nondo was an ally with Trupiano. Trupiano goes away in the late 80s when really Parrino took over. being heard on a wiretap saying hes running the family now and things will now be run right. Trupiano was kept on as a figure head, mainly so Parrino could remain boss, while holding his union status. The family is in a split now, as joseph cammarata who was a loyal soldier to Giordano, is offical underboss along side about a dozen other followers. While Parrino has about a dozen or more made followers himself. Since Trupiano is boss those under is regime are considered the "real deal streetguys" by the mid 90s many switch over to parrino's side, along with strong ally Joseph Cammarata. I also forghot to add that parrino was made consigliere by Vitale and for awhile was demoted under Trupiano. Finally recieved it back when Trupiano got scared of losing power. So now by 97 Trupiano dies, and Parrino gains complete control of the family, which is somewhat decimated at how a lot of trupiano allies just retire off. Parrino hates trupiano, and well did not even like Cammarata a lot up until the late 90s. Which is shown by how Vincent Cammarata is made and recieves capo status. Parrino rebuilt the family off his own relatives, and others. Now by 2006 a trupiano supporter is released aka Nondo Bartolotta. Now Parrino has no like for this guy, but he was an earner and kept many operations rolling through associates. Thus he is aloud to get active again. But recently(what im told) Parrino showed his disliking towards him by making Antonio LoPiccolo is superior, maybe even his offical "capo" of these east st.louis/Collinsville crew. Thus still showing no likings between the two. Besides that leo bartolotta and another bartolotta assiocate earned for parrino a lot, and he will not make them at all. Leo Bartolotta however is suppose to be more of an idiot than Nondo. Nondo is active but is alliance sort to say between the higharchy of the family, is Vinny Cammarata who were once friends, and well still are. Antonio Lopiccolo also spent time in prison in the 90s I believe as well but never new Nondo until his release.

So to put it in short, hes active, but looked down upon

Do you know why Nando was put on the Missouri Gaming Involuntary Exclusion list in 2009?

If you look his house up on Google street view- it appears he's outside mowing the lawn.
