Congrats to Phil Heath on his 3rd Olympia title

Mr. Olympia 2013 Winner: Phil Heath Wins Annual Bodybuilding Competition

In a contest between the best bodybuilders in the world, Phil Heath stood above the rest and earned the honor of being named the 2013 Mr. Olympia.
This is the third-straight title for Heath, who has continually risen over the past few years to put himself on top of the sport, as noted by Team Muscle Tech:

He edged Kai Greene, who finished in second place at the championship for the second year in a row.
This year's event was a loaded field full of a number of past champions, as noted by the Olympia Webcast Twitter account:
Phil Heath was the two-time defending champion, although Jay Cutler had the most titles among all active participants with four. Dexter Jackson won the 2008 event in the middle of Cutler's run.
While the other former winners finished outside the top four, Heath proved to be the best in the contest to win the biggest prize in tournament history in front of a sold-out crowd.
After Greene in second place, Dennis Wolf was next with a respectable third-place showing in this loaded event.

Still, Heath remains the story of the day after being universally loved by the judges.
Based on the showing in this one, it seems obvious that he will remain a top contender for many more Mr. Olympia competitions in the future. Of course, it will take a long time for him to catch Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney for the record of eight career championships.
Until then, Heath has to be proud of an incredible accomplishment of being considered the top bodybuilder in the world.
