The article doesn't really go into the fact that the video poker machines used by the mob are used, of course, illegally.

It seems that the big operator from down south in this case, Nichols, is expanding his (soon to be legal) video gaming across Chicagoland with imputiny. He is, after all, in bed with Dublino--who Sarno bombed.

As a follow up to this, someone on ANP is saying that Dublino got the crap beaten out of him a few weeks ago. Rumor at this point, obviously.
