That suck the feds ignored it.

From now on, nothing goes down unless I'm involved. No blackjack no dope deals, no nothing. A nickel bag gets sold in the park, I want in. You guys got fat while everybody starved on the street. Now it's my turn.

Another one bites the dust..

I won't shed any tears for him. I am sure he caused a lot of pain and suffering in this world. His family and his attorney naturally say he asked for help and was refused perhaps he was and maybe he wasn't but the allegations could be an attempt to set up a wrongful death lawsuit.

I think the family will try and sue...that's my guess

It must really suck to die in the can to cancer....imagine what it was like for Gotti for a moment....when he died he had no lower jaw (due to his throat cancer)

Mobster or not that's bullshit that they denied him treatment when they most likely knew he had cancer.

Ya I hope the family does sue, they would have a pretty legitimate case. That judge sounds like a pompous mother fucker(like the majority of judges).

They should have treated him. Don't doctors take that oath? And if the prison/authorities denied it, they should be up on some charges...

On another note, I don't like when the newspaper headlines call capos "bosses." Just say "leaders"... the boss is a title... just my two cents...

Things like this bother me. The government always plays the card that they're better than the criminals because the government is "honest and fair", there's nothing honest or fair about the government. just the biggest gang with the most muscle.

They did call him a capo. The OP said boss.

Gaggi's wife sued and won big after they refused to treat Nino when he had a heart attack in prison. Think NY state law was changed as a result.
