I was reading capeci's headline today and it mentioned how anthony zoccolillo was dropped as a witness by the Feds. They won't say why. Does Larca have a good shot of beating the case now?

Sally ko has no shot
He just pleaded guilty
He will get about 9 years or so

A March 1986 raid on DiBernardo's office seized alleged "child pornography and financial records." As "a result of the Postal Inspectors seizures [a federal prosecutor] is attempting to indict DiBernardo on child pornography violations" according to an FBI memo dated May 20, 1986.

Thats alot of time for trafficking pot. Plus 1 million fine I bet they took some house and cars. Feds must have hard on for sally ko, probaly got away with a murder they cant prove. Wonder if the westside relaxed on the drug policy, were this guy.was hands on the pot. It sold in some states now, massachusett opening the medi shops next april. You can apply for your card I heard.
