I'd love to see transcripts of Leonetti's testimony in Adolfo Bruno's attempted murder trial

I agree Southend ,You never know he (Phil) may like all this limelight and come out and do some interviews soon ,The book is winding down now.
I am sure that he is getting the itch cos he was on top of the world in the late 80's.

This book may have lite a little fire in him
he has been back east in person and by phone.

There are many people that are saying when they here his name(They are quick to say he is around)I have not herd that form people out side the family. In a very long time.
And these are people in the corporate world, x lawyers and there associates.
After his book many people that would never speak a word are now telling things at party's weddings funerals Ect.

there a article or to about all Bruno shooting the guy. Phil said the springfield guys would come to a.c. in check in with scarfo.. he told Phil he shot some guy 12 times and he ran off. jury didn't believed him and acquitted Bruno. probably had someone on the jury but I don't think the victim went on the stand.

Leonetti testified all the way up there? I was always interested in Adolfo Bruno. I wonder how much clout he had within the rest of the family. Southend, does the mob get a lot of coverage up there?

pmac :I know that stuff went down after the guys went away. But if they did not get Nick sr he was building a small army.

He was going to make lots of guys in the year coming when he was locked up,they had guys up north proposing guys Philly had many.Guys down here were getting proposed, for the first time,(not first ever)but this era.

If he would have not been locked up he may of had the biggest family Philly has even seen.

Cos that office was a revolving door.It was not like they would tell guys not to come around so not to be seen .
His door was wide open, and i guess that's a reason he had surveillance all over, even in the school and the convent next to the school.

He didn't want to get whacked by his own blood (Nicky Scarfo).

Mack : Nick sr would have got all that time anyway.
Now the others he hurt is a diff story.

And also the other family's he gave it too.

He is getting a little careless.....

He just could not do the time period and his kidd would have been killed i think(don't know)I know it is not the rules, but Nick may have done the mother to.(just sayin)

al Bruno met up with phill in the 80tys he was a soldier but under skyball who had a pretty big crew controlling all of western mass, a lot of ct, and I think parts of upstate ny. but had huge gambling operations split with other familys and shit. shit there the crew that killed frank piccolo the Gambino capo that set gotti off to kill big paul. guess it was taboo to let another family kill a capo in yours. phill said Sammy and his guys would stop into. how many times did they bugg scaf inc and get nothing, what they use a chalk board in there or itcha sketch

Yeah he probably would be out because back then you only had to do two thirds of federal time and Charlie White was given 40 years he served 24 and has been out since 2011 I believe

Yea it may have been bugged,But once they found them they had a very had time getting them back in .There were two guys that did nothing but watch .And never i mean never did not one of them not be there. The one guy was one of those insomniac's we come out of the bar at 3am he was there,we come home at 5am there..
And right on one of the two porches, not there apt.Nick's familys.

These guys lived there, even if they were told to run to the butcher or go get subs there was someone there. Not like a social club where the guys go home and the cleaning crew leaves.

The talking was done on the street ,very windy in that area so the out side bugs were shit cos u never hear any tapes.
There were two pool halls three card rooms in 50 feet, and the boardwalk a block away, many many days u could see guys going for a walk,These guys hardly ever drove, not like today.

Believe it or not Ralph was a respected guy back then, he didn't become a joke until he took over after his release from prison. Union Enforcer Charlie Allen testified he was asked by Ralph to get a bunch of guns because they thought 2 factions were going to start shooting. That was Bruno against Testa and Scarfo.

Bruno was losing control of that family long before Caponigro killed him.
