Tony is and always will be the power in Queens for the Westside. That said, consider him a la DiFronzo for his own crew. No day to. day. Go to Parkside or the bocce court on a wknd and you'll see him.

The last time I looked at a map, Howard Beach was still in Queens. But I guess not everything makes it to the Internet .

Cafaro talks about how Federici is wealthy from his restaurant, real estate, etc. and had turned all of his bookmaking, shylocking, etc. over to Romanello (page 5). Romanello, of course, was later indicted as a captain. It seems to be that Romanello took over that crew and is now the official captain.
