Tony is and always will be the power in Queens for the Westside. The last time I looked at a map, Howard Beach was still in Queens. But I guess not everything makes it to the Internet . Food for thought: You want to speculate, say you're speculating. But try not to use expressions like "is and always will be" when you don't know things to be a fact.

Can anyone clarify:
Id Tough Tony still a captain? Is he official and Rom acting?
Is TT retired?
My thanks in advance. Below is a transcript from a 2000 conversation between Genovese associates Thomas Cafaro and Michael D'Urso (who was wearing a wire.) Cafaro talks about how Federici is wealthy from his restaurant, real estate, etc. and had turned all of his bookmaking, shylocking, etc. over to Romanello (page 5). Romanello, of course, was later indicted as a captain. It seems to be that Romanello took over that crew and is now the official captain. http://ia600808.us.archive.org/19/items/gov.uscourts.nyed.311902/gov.uscourts.nyed.311902.71.0.pdf
