I especially liked him in Crime Story, though a bit corny by today's standards, I think that tv-show started my fascination with the mob and 1950s-60s era.He played mobsters Jimmy Serrano on Midnight Run and Albert Lombard on Miami Vice.

Crime Story was great television.

Always thought he was great in Manhunter as well.

Farina was in a 1990 film called Men of Respect starring John Turturro. Also in the cast were Peter Boyle, Rod Steiger,and Stanley Tucci. It is Macbeth set in a Mafia context. Well worth a watch if you haven't seen it. The casting was spot on and the performances were everything you would expect from the actors.

This movie is consistently overlooked when people rank great Mob/OC flicks,but it deserves a place on that list.Do yourself a favor and check it out.

I liked him in the movie Striking Distance, which i always thought was decent for a Bruce Willis film.

He was great in Crime story. I have season 1 and 2 and never get tired of watching it even though it is a little corny. Also liked him on Law and Order. Also thought "Ray Lucca" was cool- Anthony Dennison
