Reports from Sicily saying that the bosses talk about him obsessively, obviously he's made on both sides and now underboss over here. So just how powerful is he?

Probably the most powerful non-boss of the Five Families, although you could theoretically put him ahead of both Persico and now apparently Mancuso since both are locked up.

I'd still say there's a good amount of non-boss Genovese members more powerful than Cali.

I guess I should have said that we know of. I guess in my mind I always consider Bellomo the Genovese boss which made me forget about him. He's definitely ahead of Cali. Not sure about guys like Quiet Dom or Benny Mangano because of their age.

Cali is definitely top ten in terms of power, though.
