OK. U asked for it! I really don't like spoiling but here it goes! When u read the Novel you are going to wish I hadn't told you.

1. Michael said he killed 6 men who tried to takeover Vito's Olive Oil business!

2.From what I remember a woman had his child. And because the child wasn't an Italian he killed the mother of taht child with exreme ferociousness!

3.Another thing I remember was when the Corleones were at war during the early 1930's. Rival gangs, 1 from New York and another from Chicago, have decided to wage battle. The Chicago Mob sent 2 assassins to N.Y. by train. Vito was informed by his spies of men expecting to be in New York from Chicago by Train. After that he dispatched his enforcer Luca Brasi and some other buttonmen to take care of the 2 chicago boys. An enforcer is, of course, a buttoman who take orders from only the Don and not the buffers like Capos and underbosses and conseglieres. Luca and his men posed as Taxi drivers. When the Chicago boys got in Luca and his men jumped them, tied them up then took them to a warehouse! At the Warehouse Luca stuffed towels in their mouths so they couldn't scream. Luca proceeded with an axe by hacking them at their legs then their bottocks. after Luca killed the first guy he turned to the second dude. It was useless to do anything to the second guy cuzz he choked by to death. The towel was in his throat and that's what happened

the horrible story is told to michael by an old lady in sicily, luca had a child and he froced this woman at knife point to throw him in the furnace because the child had irish blood, luca went on to kill the baby's mother a couple of days later.

I don't think Luca killed the infant because it had Irish blood. He tells Filomena (the old lady) that "That kind of people must be eradicated". Filomena wonders if he means the fact that the mother of the child is Irish or the fact that the mother is a prostitute.
Personally I think it is the latter. Luca was a ruthless man, but he wasn't sick enough to kill the child because it was half-Irish. No he did it because the child was a bastardo.

In ORDER of Occurence NOT Mention

1. 1917 (30 years before 1937) AN Irish woman hd Luca's son. Luca found a midwife Filomena in th emiddle of the night, and forced her at knifepoint to throw the chid intot he furnace (Back into the flames of hell from which it came)
Luca didn't want a child period because he knew all he could give it was a horrible life.
(2pac "All I Could give it was my debt and my last name")

2. WHile in jail for this crime, Luca slashed his throat with a shard of glass, the police revived him, and Clemenza told Vito of him, and Vito put the fear of hell in him, and Luca went to work as Don Corleone's bodyguard.

3. In 1931, shortly after Tessio killed Sal Maranzallo, Luca killed two Capone spies. (Hacked one to death, other suffocated on towel)

4. 1935 Vito Corleone was shot by Irishmen. Luca killed four or six men responsible.

5. 1937 Luca killed the head of arival Family, to allow Vito to move form Little Italy to Long Island.

6. 1938 Luca scared Les Halley, the Bandleader, into signing Vito's Contract releasing Johnny Fontane from his singing group. ("Brains or signature would be on the contract")

7. 1945 Luca penetrated the ranks of the Tattaglia Family, but was later eliminated by Virgil Sollozzo at Bruno Tattaglia's nightclub.

The first story is told to us by Filomena herslef, a maid for Don Tommasino, while Mike is staying with Dr. Taza in Sicily in 1947.

Big Daddy Don, you really should have waited! I watched the movies first, but was still very shocked by the graphic tellings of Luca Brasi.

Tneds to take the sting out of things when you are prewarned.

Oh well, hope you buy the book now!

The book is better than the film as i have stated over and over again, but if you have watched the film first it compensates it perfectly

Cicci, a porta.

The movie is better. Only just.

Only after the last tree has been cut down
Only after the last river has been poisioned
Only after the last fish has been caught

Then you will find that money cannot be eaten.
