So, I'm studying currently Veterinary Medicine in university. For me, I can't say I like the studies much because they're a pain in the ass and when I end them they still won't bring me any big money, just average salary. Well got 4 more years to do here.
What's your view on education, how important it's for you? If you started to study something in university, would you leave the studies if you stopped liking them?
When you choose a career path, financial compensation should not be a primary factor of consideration. If you are miserable in your career, money won't make you happy.
If you do not think that the work of a veterinarian will make you happy, by all means consider something elsa. Try to think of something that you would enjoy doing even if no salary or finacial award accompanied it, and that would likely be a fulfilling career.
Education is vital. A good education not only prepares you for a career, but it should teach you how to think critically.
