Couple photo's of Ceasar Bonventre.

The first one i believe was taken shortly before he disappeared.

The second photo is how they found Bonventre, chopped up and stuffed into drums of glue. Must of been a real mess cleaning that shit off of him.

How do you pronounce Bonventre?

Makes you think. Makes you think about the people in your life. And when I think, I think of Neil. If he were here now what would he say? He would say "John what's it about? What's life about... if you dont go through it as a man's man?". He'd say "Suck it up, take the fall do the time. That made you what you are. That makes you what you are. How long have we been around this thing of ours? This Cosa Nostra? 120 years. What's it about? It's about the rules, perimeters. You take the beating for a friend, you don't run, you don't lay down, you don't betray who you are. What you are.

Right on, Carm. But I can imagine the Bonanno guys all have different pronunciations.

Speaking of the pronunciation, it's really funny how they often make mistakes on TV when pronouncing non-English surnames. For example, Genovese is pronounced /genoveze/ , but they not only pronounce it as /genovezI/, but even as /genovi:z/ lol
Also, in an old newspaper article I read they mistook Paul Sciacca's name THREE times: Sciacci, Sciaccia and Sciaaccia I think.

Willie Marfeo to Henry Tameleo:

1) "You people want a loaf of bread and you throw the crumbs back. Well, fuck you. I ain't closing down."

2) "Get out of here, old man. Go tell Raymond to go shit in his hat. We're not giving you anything."
