I have question for you gentlemen?
When a hit, assassination or murder by a made member or associate was ordered, what criteria did these individuals use to make sure "the message" was being sent?
Example:
If a large violation against someone's family had been committed, and a hit was ordered, what kind of punishment would be enforced? I know other violations were more severe than others, and carried penalties for more worse. What do you think?
