Looks like spaghetti of some sort, but not sure why Jimmy covers it with tomato ketchup.

I only make it up to Pittsburgh once or twice a year. But when I do, I have my sister make a whole lot of what is in those meals. Two of my sisters are fantatstic cooks and make the best meatballs in the world as well as eggplant and spaghetti. Of course, they can never match my mother's cooking, but they come close.
