You can't really compare Peter Schebetta (whose entire character was poorly written) to Nicodemo's situation. Peter was trying to kill someone much stronger than him (and didn't even bring a weapon) while Nicodemo is just looking to avoid trouble.

I meant comparing the prison life for Nicodemo in city lockup to Schibetta in Oz. Schibetta was raped because he tried to kill someone much stronger than him (and didn't even think to use a weapon). Nicodemo is just trying to survive in city lockup.

Do we know if the murderer was even him yet? I just can't believe a mobster, a made member of the Mafia, even if it is in America (Not saying Americans are dumb, but the mobsters seem to have less discipline that those in Italy) can be that dumb in executing a hit.

I really doubt Nicodemo is gonna flip on anyone, i hear he's a pretty hardcore guy and if he ever did flip it would be after he's found guilty at a trial.

Now if the other guys are smart they'll send Nicodemo's wife a nice envelope every few weeks so her and her kids can survive. That would take away some of the incentive to flip because nobody was helping out his family. I read they have 2 very young children and just knowing that his family is being taken care of would greatly reduce the chance he flips in my humble opinion.

But if he gets the death penalty for killing a witness then all bets are off.
