Was he ever seen during the film, i never though he was and ive watched it countless times until recently i noticed it said it in the credits im like wtf

I believe that while the character of Gasper Gomez is never really introduced to the viewer, he is hanging out in the Babylon club in several of those club scenes.

The actor who is credited with playing Gasper Gomez is Robert Vandenberg who's appeared in such TV shows as Hill Street Blues and a mini series called "V".
