Me. Pretty good. I finished it which means it was passable. It put Gangi, Castellano & Demeo in perspective & was well written. I guess it was a strong 7.5 out of 10.

You gonna finish that?

I've started the book and man this sure gets off to a very slow start in the first chapter.

It's good. I like the books about 'street level' stuff, and Murder Machine is just that.

its a good book but read sins of the father for better info on the demeo crew. However albert makes his father out to be sort of an angel so you have to take things he says with a grain of salt

First mob book Ive ever read and most definitly one of my all-time favorites. That being my first read, you can see how i was hooked.
Roy DeMeo's son Albert wrote a book called For The Sins of My Father and that was also a pretty good read. Not repetetive to answer ur question. It details a camping trip Albert went on with Roy and the Gemini Twins, and how his father was acting the day he was made and the day he was killed. For the Sins Of My Father is a very good book.

Great book. I'm not gonna elaborate on anything mentioned in the book. But I will say once things get rolling its a non-stop bloodbath

Kuklinski' s book was without doubt filled with bullshit false claims. I mean the guy is claiming responsibility for murders that other people have long already admitted to and been convicted of. Complete clown

So how's this book written, matter of factly or with an obvious bias?

Very objectively, from an investigative reporter's point of view.

Best book I've read along with the westies,as for "the iceman" I liked the growing up parts & his family life stories, but didn't finish it after all the stuff about killing Paul, carmine & Roy,I knew it was all BS plus the stuff about feeding people to rats and feeding one victim to sharks with the demeo crew also the stuff about flying to Cuba to kill a drug kingpin & his men,not to mention the "Million dollar diamond mine he owned, also I blame Carlo for romancing all his claims he did the same shit with casso, promising to split the money made from sales with casso and after the book came out he never paid him just pocketed the cash for himself.
