What is the best vacation places that mobsters like go to or their favorite place to go to on the run. If mobster went to Venezuela they couldn't extradite them i think cause Venezuela is a communist country and I think alot of mobsters go to costa rica or puerto rico alot.

Any show of wealth by mobsters is likely to catch the attention of law enforcement. That's why gangsters generally don't let people know about their vacation homes or plans. The smart ones maintain a modest home in the city to go along with the "legitimate" job they hold for tax purposes (i.e., Joe Columbo was a "realtor"). There are plenty of two-bit dictators who'll shelter criminals on the run. Generally, the dictators will shake down the criminals and dump them when they've been bled dry.

As far as I knew, most American mobsters stay in hiding in the states. Which I suppose makes sense, as there's no reason to assume they would have any other international cultural experiences to help them blend in elsewhere.
