Hi guys, i am having trouble with my dvd player.
It is a philips dvp3111/12 with latest driver i think, it makes a rainy/sissing noice. It makes it very hard to hear the real movie sounds going on. Any technical guys out there?

I don't know, are you sure it's coming from the player and not some audio source, or wrong audio source? Have you tried a different disc (standard dvd)?

Nevermind i unplugged the electricity and restarted, and it was gone. Maybe it was a temporary thing, but i think the player is dying.
